How much is a Rootly membership?

Our current monthly subscription box starts at $109 month-to-month. We offer deals on the 3-month ($104) and 6-month membership ($99). Once you become a member you’ll receive a code to share to friends and family for you both to receive a $10 credit towards your membership.

When will I receive my Rootly box?

We send out our boxes between the 10-15th of every month.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to the contiguous United States. We hope to expand our reach to all of North America as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your monthly membership any time between the 15th and 1st of every month (all orders are finalized on the 1st of every month). If you no longer want to receive your 3-month or 6-month memberships we can donate your remaining monthly boxes to local food banks, but all long term subscriptions are non-refundable.

Can I order multiple subscriptions?

Absolutely! We understand that not every home has the same amount of mouths to feed. While we only have one box size at the moment, we hope to offer a larger selection in the future.

When will we know what products 
are coming?

We will send out a newsletter on the 1st of every month detailing what's coming so that you can go to the grocery store and plan your meals accordingly!

Will there be any produce in the box?

We don’t send any produce because we believe that shopping locally for in-season fruits and veggies is the most sustainable and plant-forward way to eat! Keep it fresh, shop at your local farmers market.

What can we expect to find in the box?

We pick twelve full-sized products every month and we try to keep it consistent. Each box includes a few proteins, a few cheeses, a few baked goods, a couple snacks and something to satisfy your sweet tooth. Every month sticks to a general “theme” and we only send products we’ve tried first.

How do I make a suggestion or 
recommendation?

What should I do if one of my ingredients is damaged or missing?

How do we partner with Rootly to
