Katie Reines (MS, RD) is Rootly’s resident plant-based, registered dietitian, as well as a fitness trainer, yoga instructor, food freedom & body image coach with a master’s degree in human nutrition. From My Bowl is full of easy-to-follow, vegan recipes that actually taste good. Caitlin Shoemaker’s website is bok(choy) full of incredible content and recipes that you will truly fall in love with. We use many of these recipes in our house on a daily basis, and From My Bowl is a musty have in your plant-based bookmarks.

Bad* Manners

This is a website with some badass content and a plant-forward mentality that quite explicitly doesn’t give a fork who you are, anyone is welcome. Check out their podcast, “Forked Up” by best selling authors Michelle Davis and Matt Holloway.
